Give your ice cold beer a kick with Raul’s Cocina Hot Sauce.
Your favorite (light) beer
1-2 tablespoons of Raul’s Cocina Hot Sauce
Half a lime
½ a tablespoon of salt and red chili powder for the rim of the glass (optional)
Mix the salt and chili powder together and pour on a flat plate. Use a quarter of the lime to rub on the rim of the glass and press into the salt/chili powder. Pour Raul’s Cocina Hot Sauce in the bottom of your glass then add your favorite beer. Give it a little squeeze of lime and drink up!
1 pint of Raul’s Cocina Salsa
2 – 2 1/2 lbs of beef or pork (I used pork) cut in 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces
1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (I use canola)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a large frying pan on medium to high. Pour in the cooking oil and brown the meat (this takes about 5 to 7 minutes). Pour in Raul’s Cocina salsa and stir. Turn down to low and let simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with Raul’s Cocina Tortillas!
