1 pint of Raul’s Cocina Salsa

2 – 2 1/2 lbs of beef or pork (I used pork) cut in 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces

1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (I use canola)

Salt and pepper to taste.

 

 

Heat a large frying pan on medium to high. Pour in the cooking oil and brown the meat (this takes about 5 to 7 minutes). Pour in Raul’s Cocina salsa and stir. Turn down to low and let simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes.

 

Serve with Raul’s Cocina Tortillas!
